A little help.
Contact jerry@nerdquad.com for support, accessibility help, privacy requests, or safety concerns. Please do not email passwords, recovery keys, or sensitive journal entries.
Getting started
One gratitude completes your day. Add up to two more, with 2,000 characters shared across the three. Your optional private reflection stays separate from anything you share.
Why is a day locked?
Each circle and date unlocks after your own entry is accepted for that circle and date. Saving a private entry or an offline draft does not unlock it. The circle’s fixed timezone determines its day. Late entries can unlock eligible past days, but do not repair a streak.
New phone or missing entries
Solo journals are stored on the device. Save an export before changing phones. Sharing uses device-held encryption keys: keep your recovery kit somewhere safe. Apple sign-in identifies you but cannot replace lost encryption keys. We cannot decrypt your normal shared entries or recover a lost recovery kit.
Leaving, blocking, and deletion
You can leave a circle, block someone, delete an entry, or request account deletion in Settings. Deletion cannot recall another person’s screenshot, export, or previously saved copy. If you cannot sign in, contact support so we can verify your request without asking for a recovery key.
Report a concern
Use Report on a shared entry. Before you send, the app shows the selected entry and evidence that will be disclosed to the operator. See Community care for details.
