Gratavi is operated by Jerry Crews (Nerdquad). These terms govern your use of Gratavi. Personal journaling works without an account. Before creating a sharing account or adding shared content or circle members, you must explicitly agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy policy in the app. Existing account management, safety reporting, and deletion remain available without agreeing to revised terms. Who can use Gratavi

You must be at least 13 and located in the United States for this initial release. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use the app with permission from a parent or guardian where required. Do not bypass age or parental controls.

Your content and choices

You keep ownership of your writing. You give us only the permission needed to store, deliver, and operate the features you choose, and to review material you or another user explicitly reports. Only share content you have the right to share. Consider other people’s privacy before naming them or writing about them.

Community rules

Do not use Gratavi for illegal activity, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, threats, harassment, hate, non-consensual intimate content, sexually explicit material, fraud, impersonation, or sharing another person’s sensitive information without permission. Do not attempt to defeat encryption, access controls, limits, or safety tools.

Safety actions

Users can report, block, and leave circles. We may remove reported content, suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, and make legally required reports. Normal encrypted entries are not routinely readable by the operator. A filtering decision is not a legal determination. If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support to request review.

Availability and recovery

Gratavi is free. We may impose fair-use limits or change or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. Keep an export and your recovery kit: lost encryption keys may make shared history unreadable. Features may be unavailable during outages. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law; these terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Not a crisis or clinical service

Gratavi supports a personal practice. It is not medical care, therapy, emergency monitoring, or a promise to improve a health condition. For immediate danger in the US, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

Ending use

You can stop using the app, leave circles, and delete your account from Settings. These actions do not recall copies other recipients already hold. Legal preservation obligations may require limited records to remain as explained in the Privacy policy.
